Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and surf hardware is in its protective casing.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
